Happy Hour Holiday Card

Here is the final card that I am sharing this week as part of my Holiday Card Making Workshop this Sunday with Samantha Hanson.  For this one, I pulled out my Stampin' Up Happy Hour Stamp set and my new square lattice embossing folder.  I've gotten a lot of use out of the stamp set.  The stamps are so cute and it can be used for lots of different occasions!  Don't forget to let me know if you're stopping by on Sunday...I still have a couple of spots left.

Winnie the Pooh 10,000 Celebration

A couple of weeks ago I made this card for Deb Hoffmann when she reached 10,000 items in her Winnie the Pooh and friends collection.  The picture turned out kind of blurry, but it's the only one I took :(  You can take a look at my original Winnie the Pooh post when we first meet Deb and saw her awesome pooh collection.

We also made fun Winnie the Pooh treats: tigger tails and acorns from the "Hundred Acre Woods."

And of course we had to dress up:

Thanks to Deb for letting us help her celebrate!!!

Packer Thank You Card

I got a request to make a "Packer Thank You " card and here's what I came up with.

This is the first time I used my new Expression Thinlit Dies from the Stampin' Up Holiday Mini catalog.  I love how they look, but it took me a couple times to get the paper to come out right.  I ended up using wax paper (thank you pinterest!) and added a few layers of card stock on top of the big shot plates...worked much better!  I used a printed template to cut out the football and create the white stitching...and of course I had to add a couple of packer images on the bottom :)

Paper Players Challenge #166

Here's another Halloween card that I made over the last few weeks.  It was also the first time that I got to use my new stamps from Newton's Nook Designs!  This stamp set, Boo Crew, was released a few days ago.  It features a bunch of cute little animals dressed up in Halloween costumes.  I also love the little candy corn and "Trick or Tweet" stamp...it was a perfect touch for this card!

I submitted this card to the Paper Players Challenge. Here's the theme:

This item is now available on my etsy shop!
